- Child profile info you add: name, grade, classroom, allergies/notes.
- Order details: items ordered, delivery date, school, classroom.
- Payment info: processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical: IP address, browser type, basic usage analytics.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, communicate about orders, send weekly order lists to participating restaurants, prevent fraud, and improve the service.
Who we share it with
- Participating restaurants — order details so they can prepare meals.
- Schools — order lists so staff can distribute lunches.
- Stripe — to process payments.
- Our infrastructure providers (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) — to host the service.
Children's information
Child profiles are created by a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms. We only collect the information needed to deliver lunches safely (name, grade, classroom, allergy notes).
Data retention
We retain order and account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Your rights
You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your account page, or by emailing us. Residents of jurisdictions with privacy laws (e.g., PIPEDA, GDPR) may have additional rights including access, correction, deletion, and portability.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.
