1. About LunchLine
LunchLine ("we", "us", "our") is operated from 48 Upland Crescent, Brooks, AB T1R 0P9, Canada. We connect parents, teachers, and students with local restaurants for school lunch delivery. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to create an account.
3. Orders & Cutoffs
Orders must be placed at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery day. After cutoff, orders for that delivery day are closed and cannot be added or changed. Menus, prices, and availability are set by the participating restaurant and may change without notice.
4. Payment
Payment is collected at checkout via our payment processor (Stripe). Prices include the menu price plus any applicable taxes. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.

6. Allergies & Food Safety
Menu items are prepared in shared kitchens. We cannot guarantee any item is free from cross- contamination. It is your responsibility to review ingredients and allergens before ordering for a child with allergies or dietary restrictions.
7. Delivery
Lunches are delivered to the school during the lunch period. Schools, classroom teachers, and office staff assist with distribution. LunchLine is not responsible for items not picked up by the student at school.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service: no fraudulent orders, scraping, abuse of teachers or restaurant staff, or violation of any applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunchLine's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LunchLine after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
